Processing Time

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process it immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

Important Note on Digital Access

Upon processing a refund, your license to use the products is revoked. You must delete any downloaded copies of the purchased content and will lose access to future updates.
