Restrictions: You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the systems themselves with any third party. The raw architecture is for your use only.

3. Payments & Digital Delivery

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your purchase.

Our products are digital goods delivered instantly via email and download link. Due to the nature of digital products, access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The systems are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. While we strive for excellence, AI models are unpredictable and results may vary based on the model used (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and the context provided.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or technical success resulting from the use of our systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AXIOM SYSTEMS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our systems or inability to use the service.
